Today, my philosophy of care begins with understanding how the body moves. I believe pain and injury often develop not from a single moment, but from faulty movement patterns that quietly place stress on the spine and nervous system over time. My examinations focus on identifying these dysfunctional patterns—how you stand, bend, walk, and move—so we can address the true cause of the problem, not just the symptoms.

Care is then designed to restore healthy movement and resilience. This includes precise spinal adjustments to improve joint function, spinal decompression therapy to reduce pressure on injured tissues, radial pressure wave therapy to stimulate healing, and simple, effective therapy exercises to reinforce proper movement outside the office.

Our practice is proudly family-owned, built on the values of trust, integrity, and genuine connection. Chiropractic care has been such a meaningful part of my life that both of my sons are now in chiropractic school, continuing our family’s commitment to helping others heal and move better.
